STTTA State League Success
STTTA's State League team won the 17th State League Table Tennis Championships at the Country Club, Launceston, Tasmania on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th May 2012. State League is the only competition each year between the various Tasmanian table tennis associations. STTTA player Ryan Chalmers and Launceston's Brett Bayliss were named the players of the series. Ryan, Andrew Castaldi and Doug McLean progressed through the championships undefeated. STTTA won 85 matches out of a possible 100 defeating Launceston in the final round.
